Privacy Notice

In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter referred to as the “LAW”) and the Regulations of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter referred to as the “REGULATIONS”), as well as the specifications and parameters provided in the Privacy Notice Guidelines published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF) on January 17, 2013, the business entities named MEXICANA DE LUBRICANTES, S.A. DE C.V., AK NRG, S.A. DE C.V., AK LOGÍSTICA, S.A. DE C.V., OLSTOR SERVICES, S.A. DE C.V., VETTEROL, S.A. DE C.V., and MOVE FRANQUICIAS, S.A. DE C.V., as well as their affiliates, subsidiaries and related parties (hereinafter collectively identified as “AKRON”), with registered address for the purposes of this notice at AVENIDA 8 DE JULIO NÚMERO 2270, COLONIA ZONA INDUSTRIAL, C.P. 44940, MUNICIPIO DE GUADALAJARA, JALISCO, MÉXICO, hereby inform you and make available this Comprehensive Privacy Notice for the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Notice”).

Data Controller

“AKRON” is responsible for receiving, handling, and safeguarding the personal data it collects from you as the data subject through any means made available. The personal data will be used by “AKRON” in accordance with the purposes described in this Privacy Notice,
and the handling will always be legitimate, controlled, and informed in order to guarantee the privacy of the data and compliance with applicable regulations.

Personal Data Collected

To fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, “AKRON” will collect the following data from clients, distributors, suppliers, employees, service providers, and generally any person with whom “AKRON” has or intends to have a relationship: (i) identification data; (ii) contact data; (iii) employment data; (iv) academic data; (v) professional data; (vi) financial and/or asset data; (vii) commercial data; and any other necessary to document AKRON’s relationship with the provider of the data (hereinafter the “Personal Data”).

Any third-party Personal Data provided as references or contacts will be subject to the Personal Data protection measures implemented by “AKRON,” which undertakes not to disclose or transfer such data except under the terms established in this Privacy Notice.
Personal Data will be provided directly and voluntarily by the data subject (“Data Subject”) and collected by “AKRON” electronically (via email and/or websites), by phone, and/or in person.

“AKRON” will not collect sensitive personal data such as religion, health status, sexual orientation, political opinions, or similar data.

Purposes of Data Processing

The Personal Data collected will be used for the following purposes:

  1. To identify the Data Subject.
  2. To provide, render, fulfill, and/or deliver the requested services and/or products.
  3. To comply with obligations undertaken by “AKRON” towards the Data Subject.
  4. To assess the Data Subject for potential business relationships.

Revocation of Consent

You may revoke your consent for data processing at any time, subject to legal or contractual obligations requiring continued processing.
